SYMPOZJUM POLSKO-AMERYKAŃSKIE

Od 10 do 16 maja na Uniwersytecie Śląskim będzie gościła delegacja amerykańskich naukowców z West Chester University, która weźmie udział we wspólnym sympozjum: Innovation in Higher Education: A Global Perspective. Sympozjum organizowane przez Katedrę Literatury Porównawczej na Wydziale Filologicznym i Instytut Psychologii Wydziału Pedagogiki i Psychologii odbędzie się od 10 do 13 maja na Uniwersytecie Śląskim. Sympozjum jest pierwszym wspólnym przedsięwzięciem UŚ i West Chester University na mocy porozumienia o współpracy na poziomie instytucjonalnym i badawczym, podpisanego wiosną bieżącego roku. Przewodniczącym Komitetu Organizacyjnego jest prof. dr hab. Tadeusz Sławek, kierujący Katedrą Literatury Porównawczej. W uroczystym otwarciu sympozjum weźmie udział JM Rektor Uniwersytetu Śląskiego prof. dr hab. Janusz Janeczek.
